We are looking for high calibre professional to assume the position of:






Responsibilities:
  • To prepare independent credit recommendations for the credit applications submitted by the Corporate Services department.
  • To assist the Corporate Services department for all credit related matters.
  • To assist in managing the distressed assets in Hong Kong and China branches. Travelling to China on ad-hoc basis is necessary.
  • To support the Head of Credit in organizing local and regional credit committees, including preparing the agenda, acting the decisions, and taking the minutes.
  • To ensure compliance with KBC-internal and regulatory credit guidelines and procedures.
  • To assist in monitoring and steering the quality of the portfolio.
  • To coordinate on credit matters with the KBC Group’s Credit Department based in Brussels.



Requirements:
  • Degree holder in Banking, Finance, Accounting or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 4 years of credit risk management experience, in particular with focus on Medium Sized Enterprises and Trade Finance.
  • Experience in managing distressed debt files, and affinity with Credit Administration, are a plus.
  • Excellent financial analytical and writing skills.
  • Strong command of spoken and written English and Chinese is a MUST. Fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
  • High degree of self-motivation, strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
